No. They take the pills to become invisible and go look at girls. The problem is that their glasses don’t become invisible, so girls will be able to see them. That’s why they need contact lenses.

I think they took the pills thinking that they would take a different effect, because they didn’t read the label clearly because they’re glasses weren’t a good enough prescription.
Since this is a contact lens commercial it makes sense for them to say that they need something better than glasses so they don’t have to end up taking wrong medications or whatever.
In the end I guess you can assume they were okay with being invisible to look at naked women…? -shrug-

They all have poor eyesight and the joke is that invisibility is worthless if you have to run around with glasses on, so they head out to get some contacts because contacts are small and clear.
